If you want to write, embrace imperfection.
Your ideas will be critiqued, sometimes by those less ready to lead with their own. If you want to write something, don’t get hung up on the “what ifs”.
Do you have an opinion? Good, share it. What makes it an opinion and not a fact is that it can be flawed.

By now, you should know that written materials are an asset at any organization. And you should see that writing well is a skill to be honed and mastered, rather than something we are all blessed with at birth.
But even if you know hold these things as incontrovertible truths, you may still get hung up on actually writing. Why?
I think a common hangup faced by writers, especially those with perfectionist instincts, is the expectation that our writing must stand the test of time.
